Finding the right therapist
Choosing a therapist who feels right for you is essential. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes, so it’s important that we both feel comfortable working together.
To support this, I offer a free 30‑minute telephone or Zoom conversation (your choice.) This gives us space to talk about what you’d like help with and to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.

How many sessions?
Everyone’s needs are different, but most people find that 3–10 sessions are enough to create meaningful and lasting change. We’ll tailor the work to you and check in regularly on how things are progressing. My aim is that, when our work naturally comes to an end, you feel steady, supported, and equipped with the tools you need to continue moving forward.
Fees
Initial 30‑minute conversation: Free
Subsequent one‑hour therapy sessions: £60
Block of three sessions: £120
